At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Understand the importance of collaborative skills in interprofessional action in One Health;
Describe the role of each professional in the One Health teams;
Define the importance of One Health in addressing communicable and non-communicable diseases;
Recognize aspects of human, animal, and environmental interconnection in One Health;
Describe the importance of universal health coverage, health surveillance services, and the International Health Regulations in the application of One Health in public health policies;
Recognize the bioethical aspects in One Health and its paradigms;
Apply the principles of One Health in projects that address specific situations;
Experience multicultural learning and working in a diverse team of students from different backgrounds.
