Available evidence revealed that education and research institutions in Ethiopia remain disciplinary and lack guidance on how to integrate One Health (OH) approaches and principles across academic and research activities.

The COHESA project seeks to bridge this by developing guidance on how to integrate OH approaches and principles into education and research activities of selected universities in the country.

This abstract sheds light on Ethiopia’s experience in facilitating the integration of OH approaches and principles into Universities’ core function, which may serve as a useful and transformative lesson to integrate One Health into education and research.
