The One Health Strategic Plan for the Prevention and control of Zoonotic Diseases in Kenya (2021-2025) was developed through a consultative process involving a wide range of stakeholders from National and County governments, non-governmental institutions and development partners. The plan builds on achievements, challenges, lessons learnt and best practices drawn from the 2012-2017 plan. It will be implemented through close collaboration across the MOH, MALF, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MOEF), Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife (MOTW) and other stakeholders, with coordination by ZDU and the Zoonoses Technical Working Group (ZTW)
